Elite Legacy uses account, lesson, journal, and community data to run the platform features you choose to use. Trade journal entries are tied to your account and are not financial advice, broker statements, or public performance claims.

What We Store

We may store your account profile, lesson progress, quiz attempts, daily missions, trade journal entries, and community posts. If you share a trade to the community, a snapshot of that trade can become visible to other users.

Service Providers

Elite Legacy uses third-party providers to operate core features. Clerk handles authentication, Convex stores application data, Vercel hosts the application and analytics, and TradingView may provide market charting widgets or market data displays. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep account and platform data while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of account-linked data using the contact email below.

Your Choices

Keep sensitive details out of public posts. You can delete journal entries from the journal and avoid sharing trades you want to keep private.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. To make a privacy request, contact us from the email address associated with your account.
